Introduction

All items are hand crafted and as such are subject to slight variations. The photographs shown on this website are representative of the completed article and are given in good faith. Illustrations are not necessarily to scale. Every attempt is made to capture ‘true’ colours in the product photography but variations on your computer screen cannot be accounted for. Cultured freshwater pearls are a natural product and as such vary in colour, size and shape.

When in doubt, please email with any questions prior to purchase.

 

Alterations

The listed price is unique to the pieces as illustrated and described. Any modifications to the size/shape/length/colours of items may affect the price. If in doubt, please e-mail for a quote prior to ordering.


Payment

Payment is taken in full via the website through SagePay, a secure payment network. Please get in touch by email info@victoriafergusson.co.uk or phone 01722 338008 if you would prefer to pay by cheque or bacs transfer, this can easily be arranged. Goods will not be sent until full payment has been received. In the case of payment by cheque, the cheque must have cleared before the goods are sent.

We retain the right to cancel any orders for which no payment has been received.

 

Order Timescales

Due to the intricate and time consuming nature of many of these hand crafted items delivery timescales are usually between 6 and 10 weeks. More simple items such as earrings, bracelets, necklaces and hairpins can be very much quicker though. Your ‘order start date’ commences from the day payment is received and/or all required information such as colours/dimensions etc is received. If you are at all concerned about receiving an item in time, please get in touch before placing your order.

Express orders, turned around in 7 working days, are often possible but must be agreed in advance. There is an additional fee of £50.00 for this service.

 

Delivery, Postage & Packing

Your accessory item will be carefully wrapped in acid free tissue with a special anti-tarnish patch and care instructions, inside a beautiful box.

All orders are sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery and delivered on a week day. Please be sure to provide a secure and convenient address as a signature is required. This service is charged at £7.00 and provides appropriate insurance.

 

Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Please choose your item(s) carefully and email with any questions prior to purchasing a piece. Returns can only be accepted on items ordered without any alterations to the original design. They must be returned within 7 days of receipt (and not after your wedding date) in their original packaging and condition. Please email or call in advance of any return. We strongly advise that you use Royal Mail Special Delivery and cannot accept any responsibility for lost or damaged parcels. As long as all these requirements are met a full refund, less the original p&p, or exchange can be arranged. In relation to bespoke and altered design orders, and earrings, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges.

In the unlikely event you find your item to be faulty in any way please call straight away on 01722 338008 to discuss and an exchange or repair will be arranged.

 

International Customers

Please purchase your piece at least 3 months prior to the date you will need your order to arrive. Shipping may take from 2 weeks to 1 month. All parcels are subject to customs. All duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer and not Victoria Fergusson Accessories. Parcels cannot be marked as "gifts" on customs documents so please do not request this.

Parcels are sent via Royal Mail Air Sure. This service costs £15.00.

 

Unsuitable for Children

Due to the small components used in the construction of most of the designs, few are suitable for young children. We strongly recommend close parental supervision of any child wearing accessories.
