Prices:
No prices are listed on the site. Everything is made to order using your chosen combination of materials and this obviously has a bearing on cost, so I find it best to quote individually.
As a guide though: earrings start at £15.00
bracelets £30.00 upwards
necklaces £30.00 upwards
hairpins £32.00 (set of 3)
tiaras & combs £54.00 upwards

When should I order?
I always say, as soon as you've satisfied yourself that you've had a good look around but keep coming back to the same design, place your order. It's not an issue if your wedding is months away, it allows us to agree a delivery time and helps me manage my workload. If on the other hand your wedding is only a matter of weeks away, don't worry, more often than not it's possible to fulfil your order.
All orders require a 30% non refundable deposit before being undertaken, with the final balance being due on completion.

How long after I order will my accessories be ready?
This will depend on when you place your order. If it's well in advance of your wedding we will agree a delivery time which coincides with dress fittings, hair trials etc. If you order at short notice I will do my best to deliver as quickly as possible!
Postage and packing is £6.50. All items are beautifully packaged and sent to you via Royal Mail Special Delivery arriving with you on a week day. I will always confirm a convenient delivery address before posting.
Can I return my order if I change my mind?
Items from the collections that stay true to the original design and that have not been made in a different colour scheme or with specially ordered materials can be returned within 7 days of receipt. They should be returned in their original condition and packaging using Royal Mail Special Delivery. A refund will be given minus the original postage, alternatively you can make an exchange.
Refunds are not available on bespoke items.
